Vanda Gabrielová has studied Adult Education and Personnel Management, Dramatic Education and hundreds of other courses including mediation, facilitation, non-violent communication od course in iOChicago. 

She has worked in digital marketing and helped in the NGO sector for over eight years. Since 2014, she has been co-owner of the School of Applied Improvisation in Prague. She designs programs for clients to be effective and have the desired impact (L&D). Internally, she trains and cares for a team of trainers, facilitates, and organizes Masterminds for the HR community.
